Crawler Hydraulic Pipe Shed Drilling Rig Maintenance

(1) Keep the drilling rig surface clean, and remove mud, dirt, oil sludge, and other debris at all times, keeping the guide rails clean;

(2) Always pay attention to checking the temperature rise and fall of the bearings, friction parts, power head, oil pump, gearbox, and hydraulic oil tank of the drilling rig. The temperature of each part should not exceed 70℃; otherwise, the machine should be stopped for inspection and the cause of overheating should be eliminated.

(3) Always listen to the operating sounds of each moving part. If any abnormal sounds such as severe vibration, knocking, or uneven screeching are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair.

(4) If there is any oil leakage at any sealing point, the machine should be stopped immediately for repair.

(5) Lubricate all parts of the drilling rig that require lubrication according to the lubrication requirements.

(6) All fasteners should be kept secure and reliable at all times, and there should be no loosening.

(7) For the maintenance of the diesel engine, please refer to the "Diesel Engine User Manual".

(8) For the maintenance of the mud pump, please refer to the "Mud Pump User Manual".

(9) For the maintenance of the power head, please refer to its "Drilling Rig User Manual".

(10) Regularly check whether the hoses are cracked, bulging, or aging, and whether the O-rings and combination gaskets are damaged, and replace them in time.

(11) Frequently check whether the oil in the oil tank has deteriorated, and add hydraulic oil in time. The grade and quantity of hydraulic oil can be found in the instructions in the hydraulic system section of the "Drilling Rig User Manual".

(12) If the filter element indicator points to the red zone, it means that the filter element is blocked. The machine should be stopped immediately and the filter element should be replaced to avoid damaging the oil pump or motor.

(13) The pressure gauge should be replaced promptly if it fails.

(14) The maintenance of the oil pump and oil motor can be referred to in their respective user manuals.
