1. The cooler is independently designed, ensuring reliable quality. It has a 25% cooling margin and features separate, fixed, shock-absorbing pressure plate installations between each cooler to prevent damage caused by thermal expansion. This ensures normal operation even in extremely harsh environments, and individual maintenance and replacement are convenient. The single-flow cooling system provides a larger heat radiation ratio and better cooling effect, reducing fan energy consumption and effectively saving energy.

2. High-power electric products feature intelligent frequency conversion control: Utilizing a newly customized, enlarged module vector frequency converter, the start-up is smooth. During operation, the compressor's air output can be adjusted according to changes in pipeline pressure, avoiding energy waste due to pressure increases.

3. The product employs vibration damping pads. All vibration damping points in the motor and compressor transmission components are located near the center of gravity of each component. The arrangement of other components such as coolers, fans, pipelines, and housings is designed for fixation and vibration damping, resulting in an operating amplitude 30% lower than that of similar products.

4. Adopting a new generation of asynchronous high-efficiency motor with IP54 motor protection, it can operate continuously even in dusty environments. It uses high-temperature resistant permanent magnets that can withstand temperatures up to 180℃ without demagnetizing. The motor's large bearings are custom-designed and can be matched with customized voltages to meet the needs of different regions. The enlarged configuration of electrical components ensures stable operation of the equipment.
